Insanity Alert!!!!

Boston.- In a seemingly, neverending, attempt to be even more liberal than California, the citizens of Massachusetts are in danger of being rated yet another stage higher on the laughing stock meter. In yet another attempt at.........political correctness (?), U.S. District judge Mark Wolf is holds the cards.

In 1993 Michelle (then known as Robert) was convicted of strangling his wife to death. In 2002, Kosilek, successfully petitioned the court to allow hormone treatments, electrolysis, female apparel and make up. Does anyone else see anything wrong with this? Thankfully, yes.

The current petition before Judge Wolf sits in massachusetts politcal limbo. Judge Wolf has already ruled that Kosilek suffers from GID, Gender identitiy disorder. Right now I'm currently suffering from IDFC. I don't F*%$ing Care.

Kosilek, however has upped the ante, claiming that he/she/it/convicted murderer will kill itself unless the gender reassignment surgery is allowed. This is what sits before Judge Wolf. The petition has virtually no support from Beacon Hill which couldn't be any more liberal. Maybe there's a light at the end of the tunnel.

Gender Reassignment costs between $20,000 and $50,000. That cost would be , of course, paid for by the citiziens of a state that would tax the air you breathe, if they could figure out a way to counts your breaths. Add to that, the lifetime of hormone treatments that are required thereafter. This guy is a murderer by the way, in case I forgot to mention that.

After Robert, medically becomes Michelle, what is to be done with her? Does she go to a men's prison or a women's facility. In a men's prison, she would become a target for sexual abuse, and if sent to a women's facility, wouldn't that worry her cellmate a bit? Another flurry of lawsuits would be likely as she would be put into segregation as the years of litigation are ironed out. Ultimately, somewhere along the way, a liberal judge would order the state to house her in a special facility. This guy strangled his wife, by the way.

What is the most disturbing offshoot from this case is that fact that right now, 30 other inmates have similar petitions. The floodgates will be opened. And, of course, we will see future attempts by prisoners to get Liposuction, viagra prescriptions, methodone treatments, etc etc, all on your dime. He strangled the life out of his wife with his bare hands.

If the state really wants to allow elective surgery that is optional,at best, then allow him his other option. Killing himself.
